However, we regret to inform you that we do not support cancellations, returns, or refunds for any of our products. Only under certain conditions we make exceptions. Order Processing
For international orders and those outside of Karachi, we approach our customers via WhatsApp portal and request measurements via video.. In many cases, tailors tend to measure inaccurately, and a video helps us understand the body structure and make necessary adjustments. If the customer fails to provide the video and forces us to stitch on the given measurements without that reference, we will not be held responsible for any sizing issues that may arise. The customer cannot claim any kind of refund or return on this.
We allow a small margin in measurements to accommodate fabric thickness during stitching. Any minor alterations in sizes are discussed with customers beforehand, and we are not responsible for these adjustments as they are made to ensure a perfect fit.
Cancellation Policy:
We do not entertain order cancellations once an order has been placed. Once an order is confirmed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled for any reason. The order is officially placed when an advance payment is received. As soon as the advance payment is cleared, the order is sent for processing.
Return Policy:
We do not accept product returns. We do entertain alterations in the product in terms of measurements or stitching. If we find any fault in our warehouse or staff, we make careful exceptions up to remaking articles for customers. We believe in delivering products that are carefully inspected and meet our stringent quality standards. We encourage customers to thoroughly review product details before making a purchase decision.
Refund Policy:
We do not provide refunds for any products or services purchased from Naushemian by Nauman Arfeen. Our products are meticulously crafted and undergo thorough quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction. Unless an article is simply not used or required we can in some way make exceptions.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and assist accordingly.
